This Privacy Notice applies to Alterity Solutions’ collection, use, sharing, disclosure, retention, and deletion of Personal Data in connection with the System.  For purposes of this Privacy Notice, “Personal Data” is any data that could reasonably be used to identify an Authorized User. Generally, we’ll refer to data “processing” when we talk about any operation or set of operations performed on Personal Data, such as the collection, use, sharing, disclosure, retention, and deletion of Personal Data.

Personal Data we process as a service provider

As part of the Contract with our Subscribers, we process Personal Data on their behalf.  While we provide transparency into our privacy practices, ultimately, our Subscribers are responsible for notifying you and for obtaining your appropriate consent when they collect Personal Data and transfer it to Alterity Solutions.

As these terms are defined under California law, Alterity Solutions does not “sell” Personal Information; with respect to your access to the Portal, Alterity Solutions is a “service provider;” and our Subscriber — your employer or other entity that has provided you with access to the Portal — is a “business.”
