Frank Barnard

As Chief Operating Officer, Frank is
responsible for ensuring excellence in the delivery of all client services,
from project management and training to floor support and applications
consulting.  He works closely with Alterity’s team of directors and
principals to align our operations with our core values to maximize client
service excellence. He also manages our award-winning consulting team.

Prior to joining Alterity, Frank had a successful career in
management, with 28 years in the restaurant industry. He has played an active
role in a number of industry organizations both as a board member and in
leadership positions. Frank is committed to mentoring and coaching team members to

excel to their highest potential in both work and in life. He believes a
passion to be the best is the key to success, regardless of the industry.
